As your locally outsourced support team, we can manage the installation of updates and new releases, migrate your installation to or from the cloud, or integrate Alfresco Community into other business applications, using Dev Test Prod methodology and server orchestration. UPDATES

Protect your enterprise by ensuring you are running Alfresco Community’s new releases and applying the latest patches, in a safe and timely manner. Parashift’s certified administrators will use the Dev Test Prod methodology to ensure minimum down time and mitigate risk. Community stable and optimised.

MIGRATIONS

When you need to move Alfresco Community between different environments, in the cloud or “on premise”, to the cloud, Parashift’s certified administrators will remove the stress and risk associated with these potentially disruptive moves.

INTEGRATIONS

Our certified engineers can integrate Alfresco Community with Active Director, Open LDAP, and other business applications such as websites and HR systems. They carry out integrations by using Alfresco RESTful API, or other integration protocols such as WebDAV and HTTPS.

Fixed price quotes for one-off projects.

Blocks of 60 or 100 hours of support time you can draw down from over the course of 12 months.

Managed Service Agreements in which we not only respond to issues within promised response times, but we also install custom monitoring and reporting systems – Lorikeet and AlfBI – to fix problems BEFORE they cause disruption.

Whichever model of support you choose, you will have access to Alfresco certified engineers and administrators who have collaborated over many projects, large and small, giving you peace of mind that your outsourced support team will get the job done right.

Lorikeet

Lorikeet is Parashift’s own monitoring system that monitors key performance data from an end user’s perspective. It achieves this by carrying out phantom user actions within Alfresco Community to measure actual system performance at user level. With Lorikeet, there is no guesswork about system performance, there’s only confidence and foresight.

AlfBI

AlfBI, powered by Metabase, is a business intelligence tool specifically designed to extend the efficiencies and outcomes of Alfresco’s internal reporting capabilities. With our Managed Service Agreements, we dynamically feed output from Lorikeet into AlfBI to provide key actionable information and real time alerts through notification “pulses”, so we can monitor critical events and event patterns and know when critical thresholds are being met.
